PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. In this Privacy Policy, we outline what personal data we collect, why we process it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have regarding your data. The policy applies to all individuals who use our Portal, communicate with us, or use our insurance brokerage services.

1.1. The controller of personal data processing is SIA "Partner Broker", registration No. 40103175343, legal address: Pils iela 15A, Tukums, Tukuma novads, LV-3101 (hereinafter – the Company or we).
1.2. The Company is registered in the Insurance and Reinsurance Intermediaries Register maintained by the Bank of Latvia - FCMC license No. 06.09.02/1414 since 01.10.2008 and operates as an insurance broker, providing intermediary services solely for the benefit and in the interests of the Client.
1.3. This policy applies to any natural person (hereinafter – the Data Subject or You) who visits the Portal, communicates with us, or uses our insurance brokerage services.
1.4. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable laws and regulations.
2. What Personal Data is Processed
Depending on the selected insurance service (OCTA/MTPL or KASKO/Casco), we may process the following categories of personal data:

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
We process your personal data only for lawful purposes, based on one of the following legal grounds:

4. Data Acquisition and Transfer
4.1. We obtain personal data directly from You (by filling out forms or contacting us), from insurance companies within the framework of cooperation, as well as from public registers - CSDD, LTAB.
4.2. Your data may be received by the following recipients:
Insurance companies - for the preparation of offers and conclusion of insurance contracts.
Payment platform - payment processing is provided by the payment platform https://makecommerce.lv/, therefore we transfer the personal data necessary for payment execution to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.
IT service providers - for website maintenance and provision of technical solutions.
Accounting and legal service providers - within the framework of outsourced services.
State authorities - only in cases and to the extent specified by law.
4.3. Personal data processing takes place within the territory of the European Union and the European Economic Area.
5. Automated Decision-Making
5.1. When preparing an insurance offer, an automated data exchange with the systems of insurance companies takes place. The insurance premium calculation algorithm is based on the risk data provided by you (e.g., vehicle make, driver's age, Bonus-malus class).
5.2. In accordance with Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation, in cases where a decision has been made automatically, you have the right to request the involvement of our employee in the review of your case. You also have the right to express your point of view and contest the automated decision if you believe it is incorrect or unfounded.
6. Data Retention Periods
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the specific processing purpose:

After the expiration of the retention period, data is securely and irreversibly deleted or anonymized.

We will review your request and provide a response without undue delay, but no later than within one month. In case of complex requests, this period may be extended by another two months.
